Former Bohemian Brewery Site Berlin-Friedrichshain

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The redesign of the new malthouse focused particularly on the entrance areas, stairwells, and three elevator systems. The project, which is a listed building, was complemented by additional exterior measures including new facade signage that gives the building its name. Special attention was paid to renewing the wayfinding system for tenants, which incorporates the industrial character of the brick architecture. New mailboxes, entrance portals, and a high-quality poured floor were added, completing the interplay of functionality, modern design, and careful preservation.
