We combine investment and real estate expertise with architectural know-how. Our goal is to identify the potential of properties early, strategically unlock it, and position it for long-term sustainability.
In doing so, we do not view architecture in isolation, but as an integral part of an economically viable and long-term sustainable real estate strategy.
Amber Advisors combines investment and asset management expertise with architectural know-how and operational implementation. We support institutional investors, family offices, and portfolio holders throughout the entire real estate lifecycle – from strategic consulting and transactions to repositioning and leasing, and construction implementation.
Our offering: Identify potential early, reduce risks, and sustainably enhance property value.
As a central point of contact, we link asset management, architecture, and project development. We analyze portfolios and utilization potential, develop viable business cases and usage concepts, optimize space and tenant structures and manage revitalizations including the necessary planning and approval processes.
In acquisition and sales processes, we support owners and investors with economic, technical, and architectural expertise. We evaluate value creation potential, CapEx requirements, and the future market positioning of an asset. Leasing and marketing strategies are integrated early on.
We understand architecture as a strategic component of asset and investment strategy.
This is how we create the foundation for market-driven, economically viable and long-term competitive properties.
Our special focus is on the transformation and revitalization of existing properties. We identify their development potential, preserve architectural features and guide assets into economic and sustainable use through targeted interventions.
We integrate ESG, energy efficiency, and eligibility for funding into the planning process early on and support the relevant certification processes. In this way, we combine the responsible handling of existing substance with the requirements for a property’s future marketability and third-party usability.
