PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A landmark-protected former warehouse building located directly on the Spree was redesigned into an office and commercial building for young companies and start-ups. For a new tenant, a manufacturer of vegan cheese products, parts of the ground floor were redesigned in accordance with landmark preservation standards to accommodate laboratory spaces, a showroom, a professional industrial show kitchen and office spaces across approximately 1,500 sqm.
